Albrechts Pâtisserie is one of Berlin’s leading pastry makers. We specialize in small-sized french-inspired tarts and tartlets. Carefully homemade, we also deliver personalised cakes in all forms and sizes. Don’t hesitate to ask us!

    How can we help you?

Please come in and visit one of our three cafes in Berlin. Pick from a vast selection of tarts, macaroons, and éclairs to be enjoyed with a hot drink in a charming environment. We also make salty snacks including seasonal soups, sandwiches and pies.

Order tarts or pastry to take away or choose them online for delivery within the Berlin area (for larger quantities please give us a heads up 48 hours in advance). You can find all products available (they change seasonally) online in our shop.

Get in contact with us (post@albrechts-patisserie.de) to enquire about your personalized wedding, birthday or other special occasion cake, handmade in our bakery. We deliver them in the Berlin area for you. Payments can be easily made by credit card (via PayPal).

    About us

With her own patisserie, Stephanie Albrecht has fulfilled her lifelong dream. Since 2004 she combines the traditions and craftsmanship of the German Konditorei with the ease and sophistication of the French art of pâtisserie in her very own high-quality bakery.

Stephanie, mother of three, collected a lot of experience before starting her own business. After an apprenticeship at the traditional “Cafe Klein” in Hachenburg, Westerwald, she worked as a pastry chef in several high-class restaurants in Switzerland. She was responsible for the desserts at “Schlössli Bottighofen”, “Hotel St. Gallen” and “Schloss Brunnegg”.

Following her German and Swiss work experience, she then moved to Paris to experience the French cuisine. She learned about the art of pastries at the “Pâtisserie de Montmartre” and “Boulangerie Pâtisserie Dosse Mont” in Paris. Before finally obtaining her official pastry chef exam in Berlin in 2003, she returned to Germany to develop her creativity further at Lake Constance on the famous Mainau Island.
